1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all interactions between the customer (“you”) and Ayodhya Palace Hotel and Restaurant (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2 By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
1.3 The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

2. Reservations and Payments

2.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or valid credit card details.
2.2 Payment Policy: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the room type and rate plan selected. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
2.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date to avoid charges. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
2.4 No-Show Policy: Failure to check in on the reserved date without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1 Check-In Time: From 12:00 PM onwards. Early check-ins are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.2 Check-Out Time: Before 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request but are subject to availability and extra charges.
3.3 Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhar card, passport) during check-in.

4. Use of Facilities

4.1 Guests are expected to use hotel facilities responsibly and adhere to all posted guidelines (e.g., restaurant hours, parking rules).
4.2 Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public areas of the hotel; violators may face penalties or additional cleaning fees.

5. Liability

5.1 Ayodhya Palace Hotel is not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay unless caused by hotel negligence.

  • Injuries or accidents occurring due to guest negligence on hotel premises.
    5.2 Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 We value your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website (www.ayodhyapalacehotel.com). By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 Guests must not engage in illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or any actions that compromise the safety or comfort of others on hotel premises.
7.2 The hotel reserves the right to ask guests violating these terms to vacate the premises without a refund.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 The hotel is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
